All node TC alert nodes triaged should be documented on the SWAT sheet. Whether a JB is created or not!

  See the CSI Job Aid on the Wiki for more details. Click on the TC Alert Report Generator to automate the process.

Open the TC Tracker for the area being worked.
Open TC Report. Click filter, adjust the area(s) to match your assignment, and set 'Node TC" to < 3.
If JB's are completed submit LCD form. Update the last two columns on the Excel Sheet.
Identify Triage Targets. See this portion of the Wiki.
Updating both sheets here.
Reminder, reply to the hourly TC report e-mail in the coordinator box for any TC area's you are covering.

Single Metro-E only


Single Metro-E fiber events Create a fiber task, and add a DM - Refer to Network SA task to the fiber job.  Fiber events impacting 2-49 Metro-E customers, update to a Severity 2 in TTS.


Nodes & Metro-E 


Post digital nodes in the RPD scraper to pull all nodes in Grafana.


Use the Line Counting Tool to quickly count a list of nodes.


  Create a Fiber Task, assign to team, and select "Actions" and select "Refer to headend" to create a HE task.

  Send initial Fiber e-mail using the Fiber Detail Summary Form. The e-mail form is at the bottom of the page. You can use the Comma Separater Tool to quickly paste the sorted node list in the fiber e-mail.

  Heartland  | Chicago.  Add the title in the chat label, and then post an announcement per WIKI standards, when starting the chat.

  Post the Fiber Summary fthat was posted in the main fiber team chat, and post a sub count screenshot if needed.

  Send an  Initial Executive Update (EU)EU title (nodes only).   EU title (nodes and metro-e). Verify correct info before sending EU!
  After confirmed a fiber event, convert Parent SI to IOP Fiber Incident Management code 10444.
  Merge JBs see demo. Merge tickets see this demo.
  Start the IOP checklister.
  Closing the eventAfter hands-off and sending the final EU, Close all JB's, TTS tickets, merged JB's. End the chat with a conclusion announcement.
