All node TC alert nodes triaged should be documented on the SWAT sheet. Whether a JB is created or not!

Open the TC Tracker for the area being worked.
Open TC Report. Click filter, adjust the area(s) to match your assignment, and set 'Node TC" to < 3.
If JB's are completed submit LCD form. Update the last two columns on the Excel Sheet.
Identify Triage Targets. See this portion of the Wiki.
Update both sheets [Hourly and Swat] here.
Reminder, reply to the hourly TC report e-mail in the coordinator box, twice daily, at 07:00 and 16:00. Click on the main TC Report Distro to send the TC Report email.

  For Multi-Site 5+ Metro-E | 1-49 WSE / CBH Events, Create a Fiber Task, and select "Actions" and select "Refer to headend" to create a HE task. Before assigning the JB to the team, Create an INC ticket, add it to the JB, and then assign the JB to the team.


  Create a Fiber Task, assign to team, and select "Actions" and select "Refer to headend" to create a HE task.

  Send initial Fiber e-mail using the Fiber Detail Summary Form. You can use the Comma Separater Tool to quickly paste the sorted node list in the fiber e-mail.

  Add the title in the chat label , and then start a fiber loop to pin the Fiber Event Detail Summary.

  After a fiber chat is started, convert IOP ticket using the IOP Fiber Checklister using code 10444.
  Update the IOP checklister deflection ETR, near the mitigate button.
  Use the IA Formatter to easily format IA content. IA's go out for all fiber events including CBH events not impacting nodes.
  Merge JBs see demo. Merge IOP jobs see this demo.
  Closing the eventAfter hands-off and sending the final EU, Close all JB's, TTS tickets, merged JB's. End the chat with a conclusion announcement.
