Fill in all the necessary above fields first, and click the "Generate Fiber Summary" button, before moving forward with the steps below:

Select a region from the dropdown.
Click on "Copy Email Body" button.
Click on "Export to Outlook" button, next.
Click in the e-mail body, and use the keyboard shortcut ctrl + v, or right-click and paste, inside body of the e-mail.
Click on "Copy Fiber Summary" button. Paste under the main e-mail body. Be sure that there is a space between the e-mail body, and the fiber form content.
Check all details for accuracy, and tidy the e-mail contents before sending.
